Connectivity Based on Cisco routers. We have redundant fiber links with different providers. Our international private line terminates at Miami NAP of Americas. Network Infrastructure Based on redundant Linux servers, we provide all the network infrastructure services.  Production Systems We have dual production servers where we run Quancept on Linux operating system.  Telephony We use a mixed environment where we run SPSS dialers and also Voice over IP services.   Datacenter All our cabinets are fed by redundant UPS outlets to ensure the most time up possible.  Information Technology
