RCC is a multilayer PCB board material consisting of a thin copper foil with a resin coating. The resin, usually epoxy resin 60-80 um thick, is coated onto the copper foil and then cured. This allows the copper foil to act as both a conductor and insulating layer when manufacturing multilayer boards using new techniques like laser drilling of microholes. FR-4 is commonly used and its glass transition temperature (Tg) can be improved to 160-200 degrees through modifications to increase heat resistance. High performance CAF resistance boards are important as electronic components become smaller and more densely packed, increasing the risk of ion migration causing short circuits between conductors.

Boriding is our favourite method to harden steels. That is also why we have developed a special boriding treatment that works even better than regular boriding, called BoroCoat®.
Boriding is a thermochemical heat treatment that diffuses boron into the surface of a workpiece. The boride layer that is formed on top is extremely wear resistant and protects the workpiece from chemical attacks as well as abrasive wear and cold welding.
Boron can be applied as a powder, as a paste and as granules, making possible the treatment of almost any type of workpiece, no matter their design. Boriding is extremely effective when it comes to corrosion resistance and can be applied to workpieces in mechanical engineering, for valves and for power tools.

The road connectivity of Jammu and Kashmir state with the rest country (India) is possible through NH-1. During winters, the traffic movement is seen off the roads due to accumulation of heavy snow and one province i.e, Kashmir of the state seems cut off from the country. Every year Government of the state is spending very huge amount for snow clearance by conventional methods like using snow cutters, chemicals (salt) etc. These methods result what is called “Detoriation of pavements” by removal of top surface of flexible pavements and corrosion of reinforcement by chemicals in rigid pavements .The paper highlights the one time solution of the above problem by using the steel residue obtained in huge quantities from steel industries .The material is used in concrete as a homogeneous mix at the construction stage of rigid pavements over which insulated bitumen layer is placed.

Ceramic PCB board is also called ceramic substrate, ceramic circuit board, ceramic copper coated plate, ceramic substrate refers to the copper foil directly bonded to alumina (Al2O3) or aluminum nitride (AlN) ceramic substrate or other ceramic substrate surface (single or double) on the special process board.

TM silicates such as HfSiOx have been preferred because they have better thermal stability compared to their oxides. The dielectric constant of TM silicates is less than TM oxides but higher than silicon oxide.
The desired to reach higher efficiencies, lower specific fuel consumption and reduced emission in modern engines has becomes the primary focus of engine researches and manufactures over the past three decades. Ceramic coating is a solution to such problem as they provide good thermal barrier properties for designers. In the design of adiabatic engines, reducing in cylinder heat rejection requires very special thermal barrier coatings on the engine combustion chamber. Partial Thermal barrier coatings (TBC) on the top surface of the piston is considered as a solution for reduction of unburned Hydrocarbon (HC) emission produce by incomplete combustion with respect to crevice volume when engines start. The TBC on the top piston surface decreases the thermal conductivity and increases the unburned charged oxidation, so that the metallic substrates will be exposed to lower peak temperature thereby reducing the thermal stress in engines components. Also thermal barrier coatings on other elements of combustion chamber of internal combustion engine offer advantages including fuel efficiency, multi fuel capacity and high power density. Therefore, thermal barrier coating (TBC) technology is successfully applied to the internal combustion engines, in particular to the combustion chamber.

High Capacity Planar Supercapacitors and Lithium Ion Batteries by Modular Manufacturing
Novel planar supercapacitors (SC) and lithium ion batteries (LIB) having interdigitated electrodes for large format applications will be presented. We will discuss the design principles of the new planar structures, their potential to give > 5X improvement in capacity over current supercapacitors, their pack designs, as well as low cost fabrication by modular manufacturing. The drawings given in the following link depict the plan view (top) and the cross-sectional view (bottom) of a planar LIB, wherein the dotted and the hatched areas are the positive and the negative electrodes respectively; the gray areas are the current collectors and the gray lines are the grid lines. Unlike the known interdigitated thin film microsupercapacitor design where the current collectors are situated on the top or bottom surfaces of the electrodes and paralleled to the plane of the substrate and can only exert limited weak fringe fields, the current collectors in our new design are running along the sidewalls of the electrodes and are perpendicular to the substrate and can thus provide strong direct fields, as indicated by the purple arrow, to promote facile ion movement across the entire thickness of the electrodes (20-100 µm). In addition, the relatively narrow inter-spaces between two opposite electrodes (20-100 µm) may allow much higher power densities than ever. Due to their scalability and low cost modular manufacturing processes by printing, the new planar SC/LIB may be designed for a wide range of applications such as mobile devices, transportation, and grid and distributed energy storage.

1. The Base Material of PCB Board
Today we mainly introduce Multilayer PCB board material: Resin copper-clad (RCC)
Resin copper-clad(RCC)
Definition: RCC is electrolytic copper foil in very thin thickness (generally no more
than 18 um) precision of coarsening surface coated with a layer or two layers of
special epoxy resin or other high performance resin (resin thickness generally 60-80 -
um), the solvent was taken off by the oven drying, resin off half solid piece reach B

traditional coherence slice and the role of the copper foil, conductive as insulating

copper foil.

At present, the Tg value for FR-4 is usually 130-140 degrees, however in the PCB
production process, there are a few process which will over this range, this will bring
certain influence to the performance of final product. Therefore, Improving Tg degree
is one of a main method for improving heat resisting property of FR4
One of the important means is improving the link density of curing system or
increasing the content of aromatic base in resin formula. In general FR - 4 resin
formula, introduced in part three functional groups and multi-function of epoxy resin
and introduction of some phenolic type epoxy resin, increase the Tg value to around
160-200 degrees.
