6. INGREDIENTS
•60 ml gin
•10 ml maraschino liqueur
•30 ml fresh lemon juice
• Dash of crème de violette
•Flamed lemon peel for garnish
7. HOW TO MAKE THE AVIATION
All the ingredients will take in shaker
and put some ice cubes and shake for 15
seconds and double strain in chilled
martini glass .
Garnish with flamed lemon peel.
And serve .
