Ingredients:
- 45ml Vodka
- 120ml Tomato Juice
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Black Pepper & Salt
- 3 dashes Worcestershire
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce

History:
Bloody Mary was invented in the 1920s by an American
bartender, Fernand Petiot at Harry's New York Bar in
Paris. The original recipe called for equal parts of vodka
and tomato juice In 1934, Petiot added black and cayenne
pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and lemon
juice to spice up the drink for New Yorkers when he
moved back to the States and worked at the King Cole
Bar, St. Regis. Petiot notes, "one of the boys suggested
we call the drink Bloody Mary because it reminded him of
the Bucket of Bloody Club in Chicago, and a girl there
named Mary."

cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
Garnish with a lemon wedge/lemon slice and two

Ingredients
45 ml blended whiskey
Juice of 1/2 lemons
15ml sugar syrup
1 cherry
1/2 slice lemon

Decorate with the half-slice of lemon, top with the

6. Old-Fashioned
Ingredients
2 dashes aromatic bitters
1 sugar cube / ½ tsp sugar
45 ml of bourbon
Club soda
2 cherry
1 orange slice

In a rocks glass, combine the
sugar cube, bitters and club soda.
Muddle to a paste. Stir in the
bourbon. Add ice and garnish with
orange slice and 2 cherries.

7. Planters Punch
Ingredients
15 ml dark rum
30 ml light rum
10 ml lime juice
60 ml orange juice
90 ml pineapple juice
10ml sugar syrup
A dash of greanadine
ice cubes as required
1 wedge of pineapple/Orange
1 cherries
Mixing Instructions
Pour all the ingredients except dark rum,
club soda, grenadine and fruits into a
shaker with ice cubes. Shake well.
Strain the mixture into hi ball glass. Add
the grenadine and float the dark rum on
the top.

Ingredients:
120ml. Pineapple juice
45ml White Rum
30ml coconut cream
2 cups crushed ice
Mixing Instructions:
Pour all of the ingredients into a
blender. Blend briefly at high speed.
Strain into a glass and serve. Garnish
with a slice of fresh pineapple and a
cherry.

Ingredients:
45ml Vodka

8 mint leaves
1 lime (for juicing)
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
45ml white rum
club soda to topup

Preparation:
