We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as ādistorted thinkingā.

2. The Anzacs were great
warriors who fought in
the great war at
Gallipoli. Fighting for
peace and freedom many
lost lives. Anzac stood
for Australian, New
Zealand Army corps.
3. At the time of the great war, Many like Turkey fought for the
first time in the allies of Germany,
Thinking forward of capturing the capital of Istanbul, and
keeping the supply routes from Russia open through the Black
sea. Many Anzacs, (New Zealanders and Australians) thought
the other way, and were deployed as the allies of the Gallipoli
peninsula.
At the Anzac Cove.
Turkish were being pains and stubborn, keeping
troops and invaders close to the landing sites. Many
were devastated, and the Turkish were destroying
plans of the ANZACS. After many months of
slaying, the ANZACS withdrew in 1915, and so
after allied withdrawal. This caused the battle at
Gallipoli. That was the ANZACS first major battle,
and many lost their lives.
4. Connectionsā¦
ā¢ Still until today, many students in our school have
a unique and different connection to the memorial
in our school.. To celebrate the happiness the
soldiers have given us, we all celebrate by
making ANZAC biscuits, wreaths and poppies.
History of the Obelisk
This memorial was built for the brave lads
from our school who went to war to
support our nation and fight for us. It was
built in 1916, though we never knew when
it was finished.
5.
6. The white Obelisk was built in the time of Joseph
Kennedy, Former Principal of our school. His son
fought in WW1.Sadly he got injured in battle so he had
to go to hospital in England. As he stayed there, he
bumped into his sister, who was a violinist on tour.
Fortunately she could stay by his side and take care of
him. Daisy the sister, stayed till he recovered. While
that was happening, the news spread and arrived in
Australia. Many think that the scenario of his son
getting injured, drew him into building the memorial.
7. Even though the memorial being built was against the law, the students
still built it for the memory of the scholars. Why they didnāt want them
to built a memorial is because It would remind them of how bad the
war was, They each built it hand by hand. This shows us how important
it was to the community of the students and teachers. Joseph Kennedy
died many years later. He was the headmaster of the school for eight
years.
