I must admit, I am uncomfortable putting work conflicts on the internet, and even
more uncomfortable exposing personal relationship conflicts that should inherently
be private. I also do not watch the news, because I do not trust it as a source of
information. Thus, for the purposes of this essay, I shall describe the most recent
inner conflict of note that I have experienced instead, and analyse it using the Root
Cause Analysisand 5 Whysstrategies that were discussed in this week s reading.
While it is not a particularly recent source of conflict it happened about three or
four years ago it resulted in some life changing events. I shall briefly describe the
timeline: in January 2012, I move to New Zealand to study for a diploma in 3D
Animation and VFX. By November 2012, I had decided that I no longer wanted to
be studying towards a qualification in the VFX industry, and decided to enrol at one
of the universities in Auckland for a degree in Hospitality instead. By March 2013, I

About four years ago, I started watching the Walking Dead to impress a guy that I
liked. Luckily, I dropped the boy and started avidly watching the show without his
influence. Presently, I still watch the series religiously and have not heard from said

to watching the televisionshow, I had hardly immersed my self in the other mediums

The Reflection Of Working In An Enterprise Environment
Throughout the semester, I worked at Central Community School District 301 in
the information technology department and worked on many different projects.
This experience was very impactful because it taught things that classes have a
hard time doing or and not able to teach at all. Working in an enterprise

classes and focused them into one point. Which is, to be able to work on a team

because it was just like I did in CSCI 330, UNIX and Network Programming. The
only problem was that it had to run on a Windows server and not Linux. Pythonwas
already installed on the server for another task, so my manager said that I could use
it or any other scripting language that I felt most comfortable with. I chose Python
because I did not know many other languages at the time and because I just started
taking CSCI 490K which was a classabout Python to solve different problems. After
doing research and getting assistant from other members of the team I was able to
test and complete the program. Throughout the semester, I came back to this script
to refine it after learning new concepts in class to make it more efficient and
