Congenital teratomas are rare tumors composed of multiple tissue types that occur in approximately 3% of live births. This study aims to investigate whether there is a common link between Puerto Rican mothers of babies born with congenital teratomas. The methodology will involve collecting information from mothers of babies both with and without teratomas via informed consent forms and daily logs. The goal is to find tools to enable further research that may help prevent congenital teratomas.
