PVC cable for general use
The OsiSenseTM
XZ range of PVC pre-wired connectors and jumper cables
for general use is recommended for machines in nondemanding environments
and subject only to moderate mechanical stress.
These products are particularly suited to assembly, material handling,
and packaging machines.
The sheath color distinguishes the two versions available:
• Gray sheath for versions with metric connectors (M8 and M12)
• Yellow sheath for versions with imperial connectors (1/2” and 7/8”)

PUR cable for severe industrial environments
The OsiSense XZ range of very high performance PUR (polyurethane)
pre-cabled connectors and jumper cable is designed for the most demanding
industrial requirements.
This offer is ideal for machines using lubricants, cooling oils, and grease and
subject to severe mechanical stress (cable flexing and friction). These cables are
ideal for the automobile, machine tool, and hydraulic machine sectors. Their
excellent flexibility enables intensive use for alternating movements such as those
associated with cable carries, robotics, turntables, etc.
They are halogen free and UL certified, and have high degrees of protection
(IP67 and IP69K).

Reinforced PVC cable for food and beverage
processing environments
The OsiSense XZ range of reinforced PVC pre-cabled connectors and jumper
cables is specially designed for the food and beverage processing industry.
Featuring hygienic design stainless Steel 316L connectors with smooth clamping
ring, these products are designed to withstand high pressure washing
and disinfection using aggressive products.
