By analyzing trends in the data, Marc gained insights into how his weight, body composition, and other health factors changed when he was consistent with tracking versus not. He also used blogs, websites and other online resources to help educate himself on nutrition, exercise, and staying motivated towards achieving his health and fitness goals.
