gate to retrofit 300 trucks. As PM, I led a cross-functional team, which included Linde Gas, sales manager, plant manager and
liaisons to create a project plan to retrofit 300 trucks. My tasks included planning phrase lift-gate for pre-production builds and
program transition into production phrase Linde Gas Gate-lift deliverable using DFMA methodology to reduce inventory cost.
● Coordinated and verified expectations and design requirements within Linde Gas Company and Daimler North America.
● Managed and monitored the Linde Gas-lift new product line from production to delivery.
