Continuous Process Improvement Project Manager • 2009 to 2012
Utilizing LEAN Six Sigma principles, researched and analyzed composite production procedures and
processes to determine areas in need of improvement. Drafted detailed reports/ recommendations and
presented proposals to senior management. Conducted requirements assessment in close consultation
with end users, developed specifications and secured funding. Planned implemented, tested, monitored
and evaluated projects, monitoring budgets and timelines and supervising cross-functional technical

• Conceptualized and headed a successful project to develop programming to replace the manual
analysis of autoclave parts curing, freeing engineering resources for other tasks and resulting in
estimated total savings of 2 man years per year.
Assistant Project Manager, NSM Block 2 – JSM, Phase II • 2005 to 2009
Compiled and managed documentation for a feasibility study on the production of a new air launched
anti-ship missile. Led meetings with a variety of consultants and stakeholders, presented studies to
potential customers and furnished expertise as a data architect to identify structural needs for handling
project requirements.
• Acting as special Project Manager, headed the SAAB GRIPEN and Eurofighter 2000 feasibility
studies. Worked with the manufacturer and technical personnel to produce the required
documentation. Analysed study data, drafted technical reports and presented results to the end
user, the Royal Norwegian Air Force, for review.

Managed the operations of IT systems for the technical development and business reporting
