This document describes an app called iobese that is aimed at helping overweight people lose weight. It proposes using social pressure, alarms, reminders and GPS tracking to motivate exercise. The app would initially be free for 3 months then require payment. It would use social media to post users' exercise progress and potentially embarrassing photos if they do not complete tasks. The document outlines market research showing many people are overweight, and sets a goal of 5000 users. It provides sample user profiles and competitor analysis, and describes key features like alarms, reminders and social sharing to hold users accountable.

Lung Cancer: Artificial Intelligence, Synergetics, Complex System Analysis, S...Oleg Kshivets
RESULTS: Overall life span (LS) was 2252.1±1742.5 days and cumulative 5-year survival (5YS) reached 73.2%, 10 years – 64.8%, 20 years – 42.5%. 513 LCP lived more than 5 years (LS=3124.6±1525.6 days), 148 LCP – more than 10 years (LS=5054.4±1504.1 days).199 LCP died because of LC (LS=562.7±374.5 days). 5YS of LCP after bi/lobectomies was significantly superior in comparison with LCP after pneumonectomies (78.1% vs.63.7%, P=0.00001 by log-rank test). AT significantly improved 5YS (66.3% vs. 34.8%) (P=0.00000 by log-rank test) only for LCP with N1-2. Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: phase transition (PT) early-invasive LC in terms of synergetics, PT N0—N12, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells- CC and blood cells subpopulations), G1-3, histology, glucose, AT, blood cell circuit, prothrombin index, heparin tolerance, recalcification time (P=0.000-0.038). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and PT early-invasive LC (rank=1), PT N0—N12 (rank=2), thrombocytes/CC (3), erythrocytes/CC (4), eosinophils/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), segmented neutrophils/CC (8), stick neutrophils/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10); leucocytes/CC (11). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (area under ROC curve=1.0; error=0.0).
CONCLUSIONS: 5YS of LCP after radical procedures significantly depended on: 1) PT early-invasive cancer; 2) PT N0--N12; 3) cell ratio factors; 4) blood cell circuit; 5) biochemical factors; 6) hemostasis system; 7) AT; 8) LC characteristics; 9) LC cell dynamics; 10) surgery type: lobectomy/pneumonectomy; 11) anthropometric data. Optimal diagnosis and treatment strategies for LC are: 1) screening and early detection of LC; 2) availability of experienced thoracic surgeons because of complexity of radical procedures; 3) aggressive en block surgery and adequate lymph node dissection for completeness; 4) precise prediction; 5) adjuvant chemoimmunoradiotherapy for LCP with unfavorable prognosis.

2. BACKGROUND
This app is aimed for overweight people, because
they don’t exercise. They will start in the morning
at 7am at there home and outside. This is because
there’s too much over weight people and its not a
good thing and people are dying.
3. QUESTION
How can we motivate people to exercise ?
What the best thing we can do ?
How can they be aware of getting fatter ?
4. MARKETING STRATEGY
To start the marketing we are going to put it all
over Facebook because all of over friends out
together we probably have 4000 friends and over
blackberry messenger over 200 contacts and we
going to say it over the our school and put up
posters over Smethwick, and we are going to make
a page. As a country over 16,795,000 on the age of
(15-39) are overweight so our aim is to get at least
5000 people using our app.
5. BUSINESS CASE & CUSTOMER PLEDGES
To make money we are going to make the app free
for about 3 months and then they have to pay to
upgrade, but during the three month you have to
pay for different options.
9. [MINI ELEVATOR PITCH]
My team is developing a app called iobese, this app helps
overweight people lose weight and feel more comfortable with
their body. We are trying to tell people what will happen in
the future if they don’t stop their habit of eating unhealthy
food and if they don’t exercise enough. People can challenge
their friends to complete tasks or it will release funny photos
of them on social networks.
10. USER PROFILE

unhealthy foods.
Hobbies: they would spend all day playing games going on social networks.
Family: Lives alone has no family they live in a different country
When they would use our App: they would use it after they have ate a meal
and by doing this it would burn there calories.
11. [COMPETITORS OR ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS]
[THAT ALREADY EXIST IN THE MARKET]
What other apps that has a similar app to us is Nike training
club this is a app to keep people healthy and fit. The
differences between our app and the Nike app is that ours
will encourage overweight people to do it as it has a lot of
different things that will make them do it and even if they
don’t want to they have to do it as we are monitoring what
they do.
12. PROBLEMS
Over a quarter of all adults (26%) in England are
obese which was found in the survey from 2012
More people in the UK are becoming obese and
less active
13. MVP USER STORIES AND FEATURE
CHOSEN
This is a unique selling point is a power of social media and announce to make sure just
don't get out of there fitness. ,we are going to do this by putting:
Alarms, reminders, GPS, Social networks, Reward system.
The social network is going to post timings and keep a record of what you’ve doing, it
will also post embarrassing statuses and pictures if you don't do the exercise this will
persuade the person to do the exercise and it will help friends to get involved.
There isn't an idea out there that exist like ours. This is going to be the most exciting
and persuading fitness app to ever hit the app market.
First we are going to have a registration process where the user put all the information
we ask for, then we move on to the confirmation process to see if they are ready. As soon
as this is done we move on to the fitness where the user will start exercising using the
following features:
Alarms– annoying noise and vibration
Reminder-
GPS– Pre-set routes and track if you actually did do the exercise
Social networks– We will use this to post the timing and exercise so we keep a result on
what your doing, we also will use this to post embarrassing post and pictures if you don't
do the exercise.
15. KEY INSIGHT STATEMENT(S)
When we investigate we realise that when we use
the alarm feature it will make the customer get up
to how annoyed they are and do the exercise. We
also found out that peer pressure will make them
feel offended and think about how overweight they
are and do the exercise, also using social networks
and getting their friends involve will make them
think about their life.
16. FEASIBILITY
Our product relies heavily on these areas.
We need to know how to get GPS on the phone to track peoples movement.
We need to contact with Facebook and find out how to interface our challenges.
And contact with local gyms around where people live. We will need to get in touch of
people’s friend list on Facebook because then if they don’t do what they are suppose to
do on the app there friend can put up embarrassing things about them.
17. WILDCARD
I’ve check the app store and downloaded some of
the app and check its feature and its totally
different from our app and we also went to the gym
and look at different exercises to include in our
app.
