This document discusses reflection and learning journals. It defines a reflection and learning journal as a written record of one's reflective learning journey that helps process and deepen learning. The document explains that reflection turns experiences into insights and that the combination of action/experience and reflection leads to learning. It presents a model where action/experience leads to reflection, which leads to new learning and then application of that new learning. Finally, it discusses how to use a reflection and learning journal by writing thoughts and insights in response to questions and explains that journals will be reviewed during the program to facilitate reflection and peer learning.
