This role is for an Aftersales Manager at an automotive dealership in Exeter. The dealership is part of one of the top 20 dealer groups in the UK and turns over £1.5 million annually in aftersales. The ideal candidate will have main dealer experience, be a strong leader and team player, and be able to hit the ground running to manage the service and parts departments profitably. Responsibilities include financial planning, recruitment and training, customer relations, and meeting KPI targets to earn a salary of £35k with an OTE of £45k plus benefits. Prior automotive aftersales management experience is required for this prestigious role.

successful Automotive Franchise Dealer Groups they are ranked in the top 20
of the AM100 leading companies representing a range of marquees including
prestige and volume brands such as Aston Martin, Jaguar, Bentley, Volvo,
Fiat and Vauxhall. Due to their continued success and the promotion of the
current position holder they require an aftersales Manager of the highest
calibre to join their successful dealership in Exeter, which currently turns over
£1.5 Million+ pa on Aftersales.

The ideal candidate must be a team player and be able to produce work to a

Main dealer experience is a must, as you will be expected to hit the ground
running. You will need to be proactive, driven and customer/sales focused
with enthusiasm and the desire to succeed. You will be responsible for
maintaining relations with existing and new customers as well as driving sales
and dealership profits in a professional manner. This position is a KPI target
driven role so there is fantastic earning potential for the right candidate with
the right attributes and attitude. The position is available immediately;
previous Automotive Aftersales management experience is a must for this
prestigious role. You will be responsible for the efficient and profitable control
of both the Service and the Parts departments, as well as assuming full
responsibility for financial and operational planning, budgeting, target setting
and progressive marketing. In addition, you will be accountable for managing
the people within the Parts and Service departments, including organisation of
working patterns, team motivation, recruitment, induction and continuous
training. You must have the ability to drive the business forward, and you will
also possess a flair for marketing, with excellent customer handling standards.
