Aftersales Manager (Automotive)
Location Exeter
Salary £35k OTE £45k+ Bonus & Benefits

My client represents over 40 volume and prestige dealerships with a
nationwide coverage spanning all parts of the UK. As one of the UK’s most
successful Automotive Franchise Dealer Groups they are ranked in the top 20
of the AM100 leading companies representing a range of marquees including
prestige and volume brands such as Aston Martin, Jaguar, Bentley, Volvo,
Fiat and Vauxhall. Due to their continued success and the promotion of the
current position holder they require an aftersales Manager of the highest
calibre to join their successful dealership in Exeter, which currently turns over
£1.5 Million+ pa on Aftersales.

As a result of dynamic growth my client is offering a secure, progressive,
exciting and rewarding career with an immediate start for the ideal candidate.
The ideal candidate must be a team player and be able to produce work to a
high standard to maintain my clients and their customer’s high expectations.
Main dealer experience is a must, as you will be expected to hit the ground
running. You will need to be proactive, driven and customer/sales focused
with enthusiasm and the desire to succeed. You will be responsible for
maintaining relations with existing and new customers as well as driving sales
and dealership profits in a professional manner. This position is a KPI target
driven role so there is fantastic earning potential for the right candidate with
the right attributes and attitude. The position is available immediately;
previous Automotive Aftersales management experience is a must for this
prestigious role. You will be responsible for the efficient and profitable control
of both the Service and the Parts departments, as well as assuming full
responsibility for financial and operational planning, budgeting, target setting
and progressive marketing. In addition, you will be accountable for managing
the people within the Parts and Service departments, including organisation of
working patterns, team motivation, recruitment, induction and continuous
training. You must have the ability to drive the business forward, and you will
also possess a flair for marketing, with excellent customer handling standards.
It is essential that you can demonstrate a proven and successful career at
managerial level in order to be considered for this position.

generous basic salary of £35k With a realistic OTE of £45k+ You will also
