3. POSITION: EXECUTIVE SEARCH RESOURCER
LOCATION: TARPORLEY, CHESHIRE, UNITED KINGDOM
REPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR
PURPOSE:
To provide research and executive search assignment delivery support to our
consultants across all our specialist sectors. This will include senior level
candidate sourcing and management, market mapping and research,
opportunity pipeline research and client liaison.

4. • Conduct research to identify target lists of companies and/or
candidates, for executive search assignments.
• Work to understand the requirements of the assignment; including
the client’s business culture, and required candidate skills,
experience, behaviours and competencies.
• Take responsibility for our structured client / candidate processes.
• Conduct the initial research processes, including candidate
approaching, for our executive search assignments.
• Assist consultants with managing the client and candidate
relationships.
• Input, manage and maintain accuracy on the in-house CRM database.
• Conduct market research into current themes and trends within
Collingwood’s verticals.
