Quality multimedia products are not often created by just one person. You need a diverse set of skills that usually requires team work. Functioning as a team requires specialized skills on the part of both the team leader and the team members. Its vital to know how to add your expertise to that of others in order to produce a product.  In this chapter you will learn team skills while you explore the impact of technology on business- two areas that will become more important to you when you enter the world of work. Introduction

Storming – when ideas start to mix,  sometimes resulting in conflict 			4. Performing- 			moment when the team starts to function.
