- 7. We implemented aWeekly Report but we can do more…
- 8. Another challenge istwo-fold: Outdated notions of what libraries are, and our libraries’ current footprint. ! It means we must use our space effectively in ways that ignite imagination.

- 10. A third challengeis me and my lack of experience in libraries managing collections and facilities. But I hope to also be part of the solution.

- 12. I see thewonderful, unique areas of our team as an ecosystem. Research, teaching, and learning are not easily untangled from one another.
