Starting the Year Off Right with Classroom Routines

  • 1. STARTING THE YEAR OFF RIGHT! Establishing a well-managed classroom community in the first weeks of school
  • 2. AGENDA īļ Establishing Routines and Procedures īļ Creating a Positive Classroom Community
  • 3. GOALS FOR THE FIRST WEEK(S) īļ Create a warm, inclusive, safe environment īļ Teach classroom routines and behavior expectations īļ Introduce students to the classroom and how to take care of it īļ Establish expectations for academic work
