Aibel developed training programs for 5000 employees over 6 months to improve competencies in processes, methods, and applications. They launched 80 courses, including 34 e-learning courses for engineering. Training governance and administration were established. Courses averaged a satisfaction score of 4.56. Competence development was important for quality, retention, compliance, and safety. Through communication, collaboration, and defining roles, Aibel successfully implemented role-based training to improve individual skills and career development.
