Some of my pre-project duties were E&I estimating using the WIN EST version 12.1 estimating software and JD
Edwards software. The on the job portion of my position, E&I field engineer was to review drawings, prepare work
packages, and submit a proposal package along with the Project Management team and the two Conoco Phillips
Construction Group for approval. I was also responsible for E&I field modification to existing designs to include
installation & writing of electrical/instrument, and mech. /arch. RFI/PCR’s for any changes to the drawings or scope
of work. An additional duty is to keep all the records for the electrical installations work and work with QA/QC on
any electrical installation issues. Attended daily tool-box meeting with the Electrical team and filled in as alternate
Electrical Superintendent. Near the end of the project I will work as the electrical turn-over coordinator if needed,
and have attended the daily turn-over meeting and set-up system walk downs for turn over to Operations/Conoco
Phillips.

Pre-Project: estimating and project set-up in Anchorage. The Qannik/CD2 expansion. I worked as E&I QC.
The CD4 Pipe Rack Extension portion of the job was estimated with our own excel data base /spread sheet. The
second portion; Water Handling portion of the project (AWH) was estimated using the WIN EST version 11.9
estimating software and JD Edwards software. The on the job portion of my position, electrical field engineering
was to review drawings, prepare work packages, work with the field foreman/superintendent, correspond with the
CH2MHILL engineering group, Conoco Phillips TA’s and the O&M electrical group for corrections needed (red
line drawings) to complete the installations of each system per the scope of work. I also wrote all the
electrical/instrument RFI/PCR’s for any changes to the drawings or scope of work, attended daily and weekly
progress meetings with Conoco Phillips. I created lists for SS cable tags, conductor wire tags, and Phenolic tags to
be made for cables, j-boxes, heat trace, and Instrument Panels. Kept all the records for the electrical installations
work and worked with QA/QC on any electrical installation issues. Attended daily tool-box meeting with the
Electrical team and filled in as alternate Electrical Superintendent. Near the end of the project, I was the electrical
turn-over coordinator and helped build the FCO folders, attended the daily turn-over meeting and set-up system
walk downs for turn over to FCO/Conoco Phillips.

Messenger cable. Involved in all inspections, splicing, cable high pot testing, TDR testing of fiber. Prepared
Documentation for turnover to client. Involved in final turn over package building and implementation of these
Packages and meetings with client.
Oougarook Project/PIONEER OILFIELD RESOURCES
Over saw construction of modules in Anchorage at the Fab shop before shipment to Prudhoe Bay. Worked with field
engineers to identify issues, wrote estimates and work orders. Addressed code issues, researched materials, attended
meetings with client to ready modules for both an offshore drill site (6 miles out in the frozen ocean) and an onshore
site for metering, power generation and distribution (25 kV subsea feeders). Attended client meetings at the North
Slope job site. Set up all record keeping and forms for project inspections concerning electrical and instrumentation
work.
Strategic Reconfiguration Project (SR) ALYESKA PIPELINE
Responsible for all project documentation and inspections concerning electrical/instrumentation,
medium voltage cabling, Siemens dual fuel generators, back-up diesel generation and UPS backup
systems. Control modules, fuel gas skids, mainline pumps and booster pumps, control modules,
communication modules, VFD drives and all testing of cables and torques for documentation for
turnover to client.
