• Very slow paced, showing scenes that could
have been cut out. Scenes like him polishing
his boots.
• The music throughout the film was very
repetitive and only used maybe two different
samples.
• Strangely shot, eg shots of a corridor when he
is on the phone?

4. • All very dull, mostly shot at night or evening
when there is not a lot of colour visible.
• Disturbing to think that he went mad and
starting shooting people.
• Unbelievable that he wasn’t in jail by the end
of it.

5. Grizzly man
• Made in 2005 from archive footage.
• Mainly only having Timothy Tredwell infront of
camera, briefly has Amy Huguenard and
interviews with family and friends
• Narated and directed by Werner Herzog.

6. Themes
• Again not a very fast paced film but not as
slow as taxi driver.
• Different music throughout but all a country
and western style to it.
• All very simple shots as it was mostly filmed
by him on a handheld camera.
• Lots of different colours as it was all shot in
nature.

have ever been caught by another film maker.
• Although the the film shows Timothy as
mostly a happy person there is quite a
depressing tone to the film as you know from
almost the start that he has died.
