TASK 1
PHOTOGRAPHY CD
For this unit I'm going to be making a magazine cover about
make-up. This magazine cover is going to be a for make-up
magazines.
The purpose of this magazine cover is to help people that use
make-up to understand more about make-up.
The products that I am going to be using are make-up products
for my model and a Iphone 6s camera which is a good high
quality. The target audience that I going to be aiming this at are
people ages 16-20 this is because I am around that age and I
can relate to them more. This is also for people with any
ethnicity.
Before I started taking pictures of the actual models I took some
practise pictures so I could get use to how to handle the camera
and to have an idea of how I am going to be taking my pictures.
When I took my practise pictures they turned out really good so I
decided to pick one picture for my main magazine cover.
LAYOUT
This was the layout of my magazine cover. The title at the top
and a big picture in the middle with some writing and
information.
These were also the pictures that I was going to add in my
magazine cover . This picture were going to be smaller than the
main picture in the corner or on both sides.
AVAILABILITY
The time frame that I was going to plan this was in an hour I
would do my models make-up then it would take me about 15
minutes to take pictures of my model and the make-up
products. Then it would take me maximum 2 days to edit my
magazine cover and by the end of the week I would have my
magazine cover.
BOOKINGS
For this unit I didn’t have to book a lot of things just book the
time I would be using the DSLR Camera and for that I had to
book an appointment to collect mt camera
TEST SHOTS
When taking these pictures it was already quite dark outside so
we decided to do it inside with the lights on so we are able to see
the highlighted places of the models face more clearly. My
model was positioned in front of me and I took pictures up close
and also mid shots.
