• Talent management is the conscious and deliberate attempt to attract, engage, develop
and retain people with aptitude and ability to meet current and future organizational
needs.
• Talent management is the way in which the talent lifecycle is managed. How well that
lifecycle is managed will determine the level of effectiveness of those talent
investments.
• Accenture – an Irish based multinational company specializing in IT services and
consulting.

a holistic approach to have the right talent in the right roles, and a strategy where
emphasis is laid not only on recruiting, assessing and hiring top talent, but also on
developing and retaining excellent employees.
