Development of Talent Management Strategies
• Develop a strong talent management strategy based on company goals and
objectives
• Develop Talent Management practices that are compatible with your organization
and are practical for your business strategy.
• Other ways of working with human resources should be incorporated into strategy
• Collaboration and Accountability must come first
