The TV studio can be booked in advance and has ample power sources to charge equipment during use, avoiding battery issues. Lighting will not be a problem as the studio provides controlled lighting including effects lights.

Birmingham Ormiston Academy's TV studio located at 1 Grosvenor St, B4 7QD, Birmingham will be used to take pictures using their green screen. This location is suitable as it is close, provides a controlled environment unaffected by weather, and allows for easy background removal/insertion. The TV studio can be booked in advance and has ample power sources to charge equipment during use, avoiding battery issues. Lighting will not be a problem as the studio provides controlled lighting including effects lights.

AR Process in Detail
The Accounts Receivable process begins when goods are shipped to a customer. This triggers SAP to automatically send an invoice by integrating customer and shipment data, posting to the Accounts Receivable subsidiary ledger and reconciliation account. When payment is received, the remittance advice applies the cash to open items on the customer account.
The Accounts Receivable module is organized using clients, company codes, and reconciliation accounts. Master data for customers is maintained at different levels, with general data at the client level and accounting/sales data at the company code level. Reconciliation accounts link subledgers like Accounts Receivable to the general ledger.
