This resource was created as part of the Erasmus+ Project, 'SYNERGY - Harnessing the Learning Assets within the SME Business Community'. As part of this project, research was conducted which found that current and available training offers targeted at the business community often do not address those issues and problems experienced by business owners. And that business or vocational training available to business owners is often location specific, classroom based and scheduled for 1 to 5 days during core business trading hours which is not conducive to the working routines of business owner-managers, entrepeneurs and start-ups. To address this need, this project trained adult educators in the latest techniques, and using the latest technologies, to allow them to produce Mini-Learning Format Resources. These resources constituted 'bite-sized' training courses which typically last 5 minutes and each addresses a topic pertinent to business such as business management, effective communication, marketing, social media for business and a range of other topics. 6. Ένας ομότιμος εκπαιδευτής σε αντίθεση με έναν e-εκπαιδευτή είναι
οποιοσδήποτε είναι αντίστοιχου επιπέδου με τον μαθητευόμενο. Ως εκ
τούτου οι ομότιμοι εκπαιδευτές είναι αυτοί που έχουν βαθύτερη γνώση ή
εμπειρία σε μια θεματολογία κοινή στον κύκλο που ανήκουν. Οι ομότιμοι
εκπαιδευτές συχνά αναφέρονται ως μέντορες όσον αφορά την εκπαίδευση
ενηλίκων.
“Ομότιμη διδασκαλία είναι το σύστημα σχεδιασμού κατά το οποίο οι
μαθητευόμενοι αλληλοβοηθούνται και μαθαίνουν διδάσκοντας. Διάφορα
σχήματα εκπαίδευσης έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί ανάλογα με το περιεχόμενο, με
φοιτητές να διδάσκουν φοιτητές, φοιτητές να διδάσκουν μαθητές, μη-
επαγγελματίες ενήλικες να διδάσκουν ενήλικες και παιδιά, και μαθητές να
διδάσκουν μαθητές.” (Goodlad and Sinclair, 1989)

7. Χαρακτηριστικά Ομότιμων Εκπαιδευτών
Ο ρόλος του ομότιμου εκπαιδευτή είναι να παρέχει καθοδήγηση,
έμπνευση και υποστήριξη στους ομότιμούς του/της. Κάποια βασικά
απαραίτητα χαρακτηριστικά είναι:
• Βαθειά κατανόηση των γνώσεων και των δεξιοτήτων που θα
μοιραστούν
• Σεβασμό από τους ομότιμούς τους
• Δυνατότητα να ηγηθούν μέσω μοντελοποίησης εξαιρετικών
πρακτικών και καθοδήγησης των ομότιμών τους μέσω
παρατήρησης και διαλόγου
Ο βασικός ρόλος των ομότιμων εκπαιδευτών είναι αυτός της
καθοδήγησης. Η προσφορά θετικών λύσεων στα προβλήματα που
αντιμετωπίζουν οι ομότιμοί τους.

11. Στο 3ο μέρος σας εισάγουμε στα στάδια και τις πτυχές
του εκπαιδευτικού σχεδιασμού. Είναι σημαντικό για
εσάς ως εκπαιδευτές ομότιμων να κατανοήσετε τη
θεωρία, καθώς θα χρειαστεί να χρησιμοποιήσετε τις
σχετικές έννοιες στην πράξη όταν αργότερα κληθείτε
να παράξετε το δικό σας εκπαιδευτικό υλικό στην
πλατφόρμα του SYNERGY Exchange.

Το μοντέλο αυτό βασίζεται σε μια συνεχή διαδικασία

16. Στο 4ο μέρος θα σας εισάγουμε στους διαφορετικούς τρόπους
μάθησης ενηλίκων. Ένα σημαντικό στάδιο για ομότιμους εκπαιδευτές
καθώς πρέπει να κατανοήσουν το μοντέλο VARK και να εξασφαλίσουν
ότι το περιεχόμενο που παράγουν είναι σχετικό και ελκυστικό για τους
ομότιμούς τους. Μπορεί να μην έχετε παράγει διαδικτυακό
εκπαιδευτικό υλικό μέχρι τώρα έτσι είναι σημαντικό να κατανοήσετε
ότι μια παρουσίαση και σχετικά φυλλάδια πιθανόν να μην απηχούν σε
όλα τα γκρουπ ομότιμων εκπαιδευόμενων και ότι κάποιοι μπορεί να
προτιμούν περισσότερο οπτικοακουστικό υλικό, για παράδειγμα.
Σε αυτή την ενότητα θα αναφερθούμε στην παροχή κινήτρων στους
εκπαιδευόμενους και την κατάλληλη εκπαιδευτική στοχοθέτηση του
σχετικού εκπαιδευτικού υλικού. Για να επιβεβαιώσουμε ότι
κατανοήθηκε πλήρως το περιεχόμενο, τέλος, θα σας ζητηθεί να
σχεδιάσετε το δικό σας πίνακα εκπαιδευτικών αποτελεσμάτων και το
αντίστοιχο υλικό.

17. • Οι άνθρωποι μαθαίνουν με διαφορετικούς τρόπους, έχουν
διαφορετικά στυλ μάθησης
• Ένα κλασικό μοντέλο τρόπων/στυλ μάθησης είναι και το
προτεινόμενο από τους Honey and Mumford. Εξέλιξαν το
μοντέλο κύκλου εμπειρικής μάθησης του Kolb και
υπογράμμισαν 4 στυλ μάθησης εκπαιδευομένων: ακτιβιστές,
αναστοχαστές, θεωρητικοί και πραγματιστές.
• Τα στυλ μάθησης μας παρέχουν ένα τρόπο κατανόησης του
πως ο καθένας μαθαίνει με διαφορετικό τρόπο
• Συνήθως κάποιος έχει τα χαρακτηριστικά όλων των στυλ
μάθησης αν και κάποιο είθισται να δεσπόζει

• Σχεδιάστε το πίνακα μαθησιακής έκβασης
• Ετοιμάστε το υλικό σας λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τους περιορισμούς αλλά και
τα οφέλη που μπορεί να προσφέρει η διαδικτυακή πλατφόρμα του
SYNERGY
• Ανεβάστε το υλικό σας και ανατρέξτε το για τυχόν προβλήματα
• Μοιραστείτε το μάθημά σας με τους ομότιμούς σας και καλέστε τους
στην ενότητα δικτύωσης “Network” του SYNERGY-Exchange όπου
μπορείτε να τους παρέχετε περισσότερη υποστήριξη, να ζητήσετε την
άποψή τους και αν χρειαστεί να αναπροσαρμόσετε το υλικό σας.
