One of the biggest strengths is the

Also our standards are completely perfect
which all store like each other the
customer never feel difference.
We have employees have capability to
make our customer satisfy and
acknowledge all products in the Saudi
markets.
WEAKNESSES
Local partner turnover that make difficult
to adapt so sometimes makes customer
Confounded.
Next step after above will give us low
quality of employees that affecting
directly on our stander and customer
service.
Difficulty to get the data & system
training within short period as we
faced some miskicks specially in
receiving area.
Promotion not aggressive on key items
practically in appliance.
WEAKNESSES
Follow up slow on out stock & shelf
tagging.
Hygiene praxis not effective on the
fresh food sections.
We don’t have training center and
hygiene audit.
Slowing communication between the
warehouse and the stores.

Indirect threats when the customer
reorients because price strategy or
promotion planes.
Local road works as we faced in some

,cleaning and expire )
