 I was able to construct things such as a Magazine Front Cover, a
contents page and a double page spread with the help of
Photoshop and InDesign considering that I had never used these
tools before.
 I was also able to use to software such as
Vimeo to give a presentations
 Detailed analysis of Magazine covers, contents
pages and double page spreads
 All my work had been spell checked and read through carefully to
ensure no mistakes had been made.
 I was able to show the amount of work I had put into taking the best
photos for my magazine by taking over 200 pictures of my artists that
I used and creating contact sheets to show them.
 I didn’t use a varied amount of media, as I’ve analysed my
AS blog I’ve realised that I had only put vimeo, Photoshop
and prezi continuously.
 The blog lacked a lot of detail, most were quite vague apart
from certain analysis.
 The presentation of the blog looked quite bland and
unappealing, for example with the mise-en-scene table, it
wasn’t noticeable or colourful in any way.
 There was unfinished work, only 4/7
evaluations were completed causing a
downfall in my final grade.
 There wasn’t a substantial amount of
blog posts present, at most 35, again
emphasising the lack of detail presented
in my AS blog.
 The preparation for the taking the
pictures was moderately disorganised,
and often prolonged and rushed.
 Now I’m working within a group we can
plan together, giving us broader ideas
by giving individual input.
 I have the opportunity to improve on any
mistakes made previously.
 I can now provide a much more
detailed blog with a group.
 We have the chance to give more
original ideas yet apply them with real
media conventions.
 Because this is now group work, it may
be difficult to find a time where each of
us are free for filming.
 We all live in different locations, so
finding a suitable location that would be
easy for us to film and meet up at may
also prove difficult.
