Description
The customer uses Ariba Spend Management for its procure-to-pay process for all the indirect items
across the globe. Ariba helps to automate the P2P process and reporting allowing savings through the
3. complete P2P - Procure to Pay cycle. The system will integrate with other Enterprise Resource planning
system like SAP (System Applications and Product), Oracle Apps and J D Edwards.
Ariba aids the customer to keep track of spend in the organization and reporting functionality in Ariba
helps the management to take appropriate business decisions at the right time. This project involves
Development cum Technical Support, which aims at developing and resolving all the eProcurement related
issues specific to Ariba.
Responsibilities
• Provide response and resolution to the incident/ticket within the stipulated SLAs
• Work with other groups such as Accounts Payable, Supplier Account Management Team, and other
teams to resolve the incidents
• Create JavaScript for inspector change request as required to resolve the incidents
• SLA monitoring, reporting and tracking of incidents
• Monitoring the system logs for Ariba Buyer in Ariba Production
• Execution of Test scripts by validating the application against the requirements in the test scripts
limited to the availability of support personnel.
• Code debugging to identify bug fixes and report to the operation team.
• Conduct root cause analysis document.
• Prepared functional/ technical/ EPD document
• Maintaining/Uploading the compliance deliverables documents in share point portal.
