The document discusses supply chain management systems (SCM). SCM involves coordinating materials, information, and finances as products move from suppliers to consumers. The goal of SCM is to reduce inventory levels while ensuring products are available when needed. Sophisticated software systems and web-based applications are used to manage SCM for companies. The document then provides details on the proposed supply chain management system, including system architecture, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and screen designs for the supplier, distributor and manufacturer modules.

When planning on producing a new product and/or service, the key factor is the product and service design. Successful designs come down to these basic principles: translate customers' wants and needs, refine existing products and services, develop new products and services, formulate quality goals, formulate cost targets, construct and test prototypes, document specifications, and translate products and service specification into process specifications. The process of design has certain steps that include motivation, ideas for improvement, organizational capabilities, and forecasting. In the product process innovations, research and development play a significant role. Because of the influence a product and service design can have on an organization, the design process is encouraged to be tied in with the organization's strategy and take into account some key considerations.
Companies choose various ways to design their products and the type of services they provide. Which include: standardization, mass customization, delayed differentiation, modular design, and robust design deciding which method to use is very important along with deciding the company's target market. Deciding the right method, establishes good productivity and efficient way of operations.

Supply Chain Management Changing business environment and Present need.pptxSnehal Athawale
Supply chain management (SCM) is the coordination of all activities involved in the planning, sourcing, production, and delivery of products or services to customers. The business environment is constantly changing, and these changes have a significant impact on SCM. Here are some of the ways in which the changing business environment is affecting SCM:
Globalization: The globalization of markets has created new opportunities for businesses to source and sell products across the world. However, it has also made SCM more complex as companies have to deal with multiple suppliers, varying regulations, and cultural differences.
Technology: The use of technology has revolutionized SCM, making it easier to manage processes, track products, and communicate with suppliers and customers. However, it has also created new challenges, such as cybersecurity risks and the need for skilled personnel.
Sustainability: The growing concern for the environment has made sustainability an important consideration in SCM. Companies need to find ways to reduce their carbon footprint, use renewable resources, and minimize waste.
Customer expectations: Customers are becoming more demanding, expecting products to be delivered faster, at lower costs, and with greater customization. This is putting pressure on SCM to be more efficient and flexible.
The present need for SCM is critical, as it enables businesses to compete in today's complex and dynamic environment. SCM helps companies to:
Optimize their operations: SCM helps businesses to streamline their processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
Manage risk: SCM helps companies to identify and manage risks in their supply chain, such as supplier bankruptcy or natural disasters.
Enhance collaboration: SCM facilitates collaboration between different functions within a business and between suppliers and customers, leading to better communication and alignment.
Improve customer service: SCM helps businesses to meet customer demands by delivering products faster, with higher quality, and at lower costs.
Overall, SCM is essential for businesses to remain competitive and adapt to the changing business environment. It enables companies to respond to challenges and opportunities, while improving their efficiency and effectiveness.

Internet Programming. For event-driven architecture, how does pollin.pdfwasemanivytreenrco51
Internet Programming. For event-driven architecture, how does polling work?
Solution
Answer:-
Event-driven Architecture :
The service-oriented architecture (SOA), combining the intelligence and proactiveness of event-
driven architecture with the organizational capabilities found in service offerings.
Before event-driven SOA, the typical SOA platform orchestrated services centrally, through pre-
defined business processes, assuming that what should have already been triggered is defined in
a business process.
This older approach does not account for events that occur across, or outside of, specific business
processes.
Prototypical Service-oriented Architecture :
The prototypical service-oriented architecture paradigm contains four essential elements:
1) multiple low-level system events that, separately do not appear to have any relationship but
through pattern detection by comparing these many events some unusual or less obvious
correlation becomes clear.
2) some amount of data enrichment by infusion of related information to each event to more
clearly illustrate how the many events are related.
3) a trigger condition which when not met, the business-level event is not created, but when the
trigger condition is met, the higher-level business event is created.
4) some human or automated process that is invoked when the trigger event is reached.
Multiple low-level system events:
1) The human intelligence processes and gathers these relationships faster than current artificial
computational capability
2) The engine uses preponderant causal vector rate-of-change propagation to code the
relationship among the events and establishes a partial order in which it validates the causality
perceived between multiple occurrences.
3) Multiple low-level system events are processed by the Causal Vector Engine and compared
against these rules to trigger higher-level Business Events
4) a Service Component Architecture (SCA). Like any SCA component, the program accesses a
mediation flow through exports that it provides, and the mediation flow forwards messages to
other external services via imports.
5) Once the developers have coded the custom binding for both export and import, they can start
to focus on the mediation flow component.
6) In the WebSphere Integration Developer assembly editor, this is done by the JMS Custom
Binding Mediation Component where each operation on the flow component\'s interface is
represented by a request and a response .
7) Service Data Objects (SDO) framework provides a unified framework for data application
development. With SDO, developers do not need to be familiar with any specific API in order to
access and utilize data.
Business-level trigger condition :
A business-level trigger condition enables the service-oriented architecture, architecture to
establish real-time customer intelligence, marketing automation and customer loyalty solutions,
among other features..
Adaptive provisioning of human expertise in Service Oriented Systems pptSurya2306
Web-based collaborations have become essential in today’s business environments. Due to the availability of various SOA frameworks, Web services emerged as the de facto technology to realize flexible compositions of services. While most existing work focuses on the discovery and composition of software based services, we highlight concepts for a people-centric Web. Knowledge-intensive environments clearly demand for provisioning of human expertise along with sharing of computing resources or business data through software-based services. To address these challenges, we introduce an adaptive approach allowing humans to provide their expertise through services using SOA standards, such as WSDL and SOAP.

A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.

Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.

Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

management System!!!
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SCM) is the
oversight of materials, information, and finances as
they move in a process from supplier to
manufacturer to wholesaler to retailer to consumer.
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM involves
coordinating and integrating these flows both within
and among companies.
3. Ultimate goal
of supply chain management system is to

MVC FRAMEWORK
The key motivation behind the MVC approach is the desire to separate the code
that creates and manipulates the data from the code that presents data.
MVC- Model View Controller architecture is all about dividing application
components into three different categories Model, View, Controller. Components
of the MVC architecture have unique responsibility and each component is
independent of the other component. Changes in one component will have no or
less impact on other component.
7. ARCHITECTURES:
Model – 1 Architecture:
In Model- 1 architecture a request is made to a JSP or servlet and then that JSP or servlet
handles all the responsibilities for request, including processing the request, validating data,
handling the business logic, and generating a response.

8. Model – 2 Architecture:
In the MVC architecture, a central servlet, known as the Controller, receives
all requests for the application. The Controller then processes the request
and works with the Model to prepare any data needed by the view and
forwards the response to the browser.
