Key Functions: Risk Analysis, Emergency Planning, Electronic Surveillance and testing of all alarms apart from Physical
Security. Conduct Training for Floor Emergency Managers every quarter. This is to ensure, that corrective actions are
taken and employees evacuated if required in the event of emergencies like fire, natural disasters. Visitor management and
issue of visitor badges as per the floor being visited. Training Front Office Executives to deal in case of terrorist threats,
training mail room staff on suspicious packages if received. Ensuring no unauthorized personnel enter the premises
without valid ID Cards. Conducted evacuation drills. Carrying out Risk analysis, identifying critical utilities and ensuring
their security to avoid impact to business in case of any eventuality of these utilities. Ensure, that Emergency Response
Officers issue employee ID Cards that are programmed as per the set SLA. Ensure regular briefing at the beginning of every
shift and information received on high alerts, received from the Police is cascaded to the entire Security Team. Guard
checks conducted frequently.
