I have extensive Corporate Relationship and Collections Call Centre Management experience.
I develop, implement and manage policies, procedures, objective and systems to manage the
department. I have a thorough knowledge of insurance and collections procedures, industrial
relationship, regulations and strategies. I develop pro-active approaches through
