and Management Professional I became a Security and Fraud Expert certified by CUNA Mutual. During
those 22 years I held many positions including:
a) VP of Operations managing 11 branches; security, compliance, and IT/data processing;
b) VP of IT and Facilities Mgt managing the IT department and property/construction management for
20 facilities spread throughout Ohio; and most recently
c) VP of Security and Facilities Management serving as the board appointed Information Security
