• Develop and maintain financial analysis and reporting activities for the
company
• Prepare finance reports and account reconciliation reports according to
company policies on periodic basis
• Prepare and adjust finance journal entries as required
• Maintain & reconcile 12 x cashbooks to the bank statements
• Capturing of all cheques deposited on the debtors internal accounts
• Ensure that misallocations are cleared to the correct accounts on a monthly
basis
• Reconcile monthly general ledger balance , invoices and credit card
statements
• Maintain all financial records and files as per company policies
• Identify and resolve invoice issues , accounting discrepancies and other
financial related issues
• Collection and processing of all financial figures required by management on
a quarterly basis
