1) The document discusses various models of Islamic microfinance, including mudarabah, musharakah, murabahah, ijarah, and qardhul hasan.
2) Mudarabah involves a partnership between a microfinance institution and entrepreneur, with profits shared but losses borne by the institution. Musharakah also involves partnership but with shared profits and capital-proportional losses.
3) Murabahah involves the institution purchasing an asset for the entrepreneur and reselling it at a mark-up to be paid back in installments. Ijarah Muntahia Bitamleek is a lease-to-own arrangement, while qardhul hasan

MICROFINANCE PRACTICES
Microfinance refers to the provision of financial services, such as loans, savings, insurance, and payment systems, to individuals or small businesses who lack access to traditional banking services. It is designed to assist low-income individuals and entrepreneurs in developing countries or underserved communities by providing them with financial resources to start or expand their businesses.
The following are the practices of micro- finance institutions :
1. Financial Education: Providing financial education to clients is an important practice in microfinance. This education can help clients understand how to manage their money, how to save, and how to build their businesses. This practice can also help clients avoid falling into debt traps and manage their debts effectively.
2. Loan Products: Offering appropriate loan products to clients is a key practice in microfinance. Loan products should be tailored to the specific needs of clients and should have reasonable interest rates and repayment terms. MFIs also need to ensure that clients have the capacity to repay the loans they receive.
3. Savings Products: Offering savings products to clients is another important practice in microfinance. Savings products can help clients build their financial stability and achieve their financial goals. MFIs can offer various types of savings products, such as fixed deposits, recurring deposits, and savings accounts.
4. Social Performance Management: Measuring and managing social impact is a critical practice in microfinance. MFIs need to track their social impact and make changes to improve it. Social performance management involves setting social goals, measuring social performance, and making changes to improve social impact.
5. Risk Management: Managing risk is an essential practice in microfinance. MFIs need to identify and manage various types of risks, such as credit risk, operational risk, and market risk. Effective risk management can help MFIs maintain their financial stability and serve clients more effectively.
6. Technology-Based Solutions: Technology-based solutions such as mobile banking, online platforms, and digital payments have revolutionized microfinance by making it more accessible and efficient. These solutions have enabled MFIs to reach more clients and provide services at a lower cost.
The European Unemployment Puzzle: implications from population agingGRAPE
We study the link between the evolving age structure of the working population and unemployment. We build a large new Keynesian OLG model with a realistic age structure, labor market frictions, sticky prices, and aggregate shocks. Once calibrated to the European economy, we quantify the extent to which demographic changes over the last three decades have contributed to the decline of the unemployment rate. Our findings yield important implications for the future evolution of unemployment given the anticipated further aging of the working population in Europe. We also quantify the implications for optimal monetary policy: lowering inflation volatility becomes less costly in terms of GDP and unemployment volatility, which hints that optimal monetary policy may be more hawkish in an aging society. Finally, our results also propose a partial reversal of the European-US unemployment puzzle due to the fact that the share of young workers is expected to remain robust in the US.

What website can I sell pi coins securely.DOT TECH
Currently there are no website or exchange that allow buying or selling of pi coins..
But you can still easily sell pi coins, by reselling it to exchanges/crypto whales interested in holding thousands of pi coins before the mainnet launch.
Who is a pi merchant?
A pi merchant is someone who buys pi coins from miners and resell to these crypto whales and holders of pi..
This is because pi network is not doing any pre-sale. The only way exchanges can get pi is by buying from miners and pi merchants stands in between the miners and the exchanges.
How can I sell my pi coins?
Selling pi coins is really easy, but first you need to migrate to mainnet wallet before you can do that. I will leave the telegram contact of my personal pi merchant to trade with.

Introduction to Indian Financial System ()Avanish Goel
The financial system of a country is an important tool for economic development of the country, as it helps in creation of wealth by linking savings with investments.
It facilitates the flow of funds form the households (savers) to business firms (investors) to aid in wealth creation and development of both the parties
US Economic Outlook - Being Decided - M Capital Group August 2021.pdfpchutichetpong
The U.S. economy is continuing its impressive recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic and not slowing down despite re-occurring bumps. The U.S. savings rate reached its highest ever recorded level at 34% in April 2020 and Americans seem ready to spend. The sectors that had been hurt the most by the pandemic specifically reduced consumer spending, like retail, leisure, hospitality, and travel, are now experiencing massive growth in revenue and job openings.
Could this growth lead to a “Roaring Twenties”? As quickly as the U.S. economy contracted, experiencing a 9.1% drop in economic output relative to the business cycle in Q2 2020, the largest in recorded history, it has rebounded beyond expectations. This surprising growth seems to be fueled by the U.S. government’s aggressive fiscal and monetary policies, and an increase in consumer spending as mobility restrictions are lifted. Unemployment rates between June 2020 and June 2021 decreased by 5.2%, while the demand for labor is increasing, coupled with increasing wages to incentivize Americans to rejoin the labor force. Schools and businesses are expected to fully reopen soon. In parallel, vaccination rates across the country and the world continue to rise, with full vaccination rates of 50% and 14.8% respectively.
However, it is not completely smooth sailing from here. According to M Capital Group, the main risks that threaten the continued growth of the U.S. economy are inflation, unsettled trade relations, and another wave of Covid-19 mutations that could shut down the world again. Have we learned from the past year of COVID-19 and adapted our economy accordingly?
“In order for the U.S. economy to continue growing, whether there is another wave or not, the U.S. needs to focus on diversifying supply chains, supporting business investment, and maintaining consumer spending,” says Grace Feeley, a research analyst at M Capital Group.
While the economic indicators are positive, the risks are coming closer to manifesting and threatening such growth. The new variants spreading throughout the world, Delta, Lambda, and Gamma, are vaccine-resistant and muddy the predictions made about the economy and health of the country. These variants bring back the feeling of uncertainty that has wreaked havoc not only on the stock market but the mindset of people around the world. MCG provides unique insight on how to mitigate these risks to possibly ensure a bright economic future.

how can I sell pi coins after successfully completing KYCDOT TECH
Pi coins is not launched yet in any exchange 💱 this means it's not swappable, the current pi displaying on coin market cap is the iou version of pi. And you can learn all about that on my previous post.
RIGHT NOW THE ONLY WAY you can sell pi coins is through verified pi merchants. A pi merchant is someone who buys pi coins and resell them to exchanges and crypto whales. Looking forward to hold massive quantities of pi coins before the mainnet launch.
This is because pi network is not doing any pre-sale or ico offerings, the only way to get my coins is from buying from miners. So a merchant facilitates the transactions between the miners and these exchanges holding pi.
I and my friends has sold more than 6000 pi coins successfully with this method. I will be happy to share the contact of my personal pi merchant. The one i trade with, if you have your own merchant you can trade with them. For those who are new.

what is the future of Pi Network currency.DOT TECH
The future of the Pi cryptocurrency is uncertain, and its success will depend on several factors. Pi is a relatively new cryptocurrency that aims to be user-friendly and accessible to a wide audience. Here are a few key considerations for its future:
Message: @Pi_vendor_247 on telegram if u want to sell PI COINS.
1. Mainnet Launch: As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, Pi was still in the testnet phase. Its success will depend on a successful transition to a mainnet, where actual transactions can take place.
2. User Adoption: Pi's success will be closely tied to user adoption. The more users who join the network and actively participate, the stronger the ecosystem can become.
3. Utility and Use Cases: For a cryptocurrency to thrive, it must offer utility and practical use cases. The Pi team has talked about various applications, including peer-to-peer transactions, smart contracts, and more. The development and implementation of these features will be essential.
4. Regulatory Environment: The regulatory environment for cryptocurrencies is evolving globally. How Pi navigates and complies with regulations in various jurisdictions will significantly impact its future.
5. Technology Development: The Pi network must continue to develop and improve its technology, security, and scalability to compete with established cryptocurrencies.
6. Community Engagement: The Pi community plays a critical role in its future. Engaged users can help build trust and grow the network.
7. Monetization and Sustainability: The Pi team's monetization strategy, such as fees, partnerships, or other revenue sources, will affect its long-term sustainability.
It's essential to approach Pi or any new cryptocurrency with caution and conduct due diligence. Cryptocurrency investments involve risks, and potential rewards can be uncertain. The success and future of Pi will depend on the collective efforts of its team, community, and the broader cryptocurrency market dynamics. It's advisable to stay updated on Pi's development and follow any updates from the official Pi Network website or announcements from the team.
how to swap pi coins to foreign currency withdrawable.DOT TECH
As of my last update, Pi is still in the testing phase and is not tradable on any exchanges.
However, Pi Network has announced plans to launch its Testnet and Mainnet in the future, which may include listing Pi on exchanges.
The current method for selling pi coins involves exchanging them with a pi vendor who purchases pi coins for investment reasons.
If you want to sell your pi coins, reach out to a pi vendor and sell them to anyone looking to sell pi coins from any country around the globe.
Below is the contact information for my personal pi vendor.

The Evolution of Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) in India: Challenges...beulahfernandes8
Role in Financial System
NBFCs are critical in bridging the financial inclusion gap.
They provide specialized financial services that cater to segments often neglected by traditional banks.
Economic Impact
NBFCs contribute significantly to India's GDP.
They support sectors like micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), housing finance, and personal loans.

The rate at which pi will be listed is practically unknown. But due to speculations surrounding it the predicted rate is tends to be from 30$ — 50$.

3. intro
The financial institutions offer financial
services such as: saving accounts, financing
services for the customers, insurance,
financing business project and money transfer.
The extra services, such as insurance, are
considered a worldwide mutual orientation of
the financial institutions resulting from the
growing need for such services by the
customers. Money transfer across continents
became easy and fast and different types of
insurance appeared in the industrial countries
such as, life insurance, sheep insurance and
climate insurance.
4. Finace
The success of many MFIs can be determi
ned by its ability to merge the successful
practices of the informal sectors' instituti
ons in the
formal institutions
5. The practices include: flexibility, money
easy access, easy and clear conditions
. The success relies on the ability to
transform these attributes from the
financiers to the formal financial
institution with reducing the revenues
margins
6. To success finance
1-Quick access:
2-Clear, easy and flexible terms:
3-Permanent services:
4-Alternative guarantees and guarantees
substitutes:
7. Quick access
The quick approval and payment of the
financing are crucial issues for
customers. Mostly it is the main reason
motivates people to deal with the money
lenders even with very high revenues
margins.
8. Clear, easy and flexible
conditions:
Suitable condition
Administrative fees
No specific goal
Control the client
9. Conditions in Sudanese
banks
1-provide finance to an active poor
2- loan amount is 20000SDG
3- provide a suitable grantee
4- choose the method to pay back
10. Permanent services
The discontinuity of the financing services
is considered the primary weak point for
many projects which, despite its
effectiveness
11. Alternative guarantees and
guarantees substitutes
Poor people usually lack traditional
guarantees. , many MFIs use other
types of guarantees known as
alternative guarantees or guarantees
substitutes. The group guarantees is a
good example of the first type while the
private properties such as machines and
jewelry represent the guarantees
substitutes which are not approved in
the ordinary banks.
12. Grantee accepted by formal sector
1- group grantee
2- saving of group
3-mortage of propriety except family home
4- salary
5- deposits
6-personal grantee
7- check grantee
8- social grantee
14. 5.1 Mudarabah
Mudarabah has the potential to be
adapted as Islamic microfinance
scheme. Mudarabah
is where the capital provider or
microfinance institution and the small
entrepreneur
become a partner
. The profits from the project are shared
between capital provider and
entrepreneur, but the financial loss will
be borne entirely by the capital provider.
15.
16. Mudarabah
Mudarabah structure may also be based
on two-tier structure or re-mudarabah
where 3
parties i.e. capital provider
(public,government, zakat, waqf etc.),
intermediate mudarib (IslamicBank) and
final mudarib (micro entrepreneur). The
profit-sharing ratio on mudarabah is pre-
determined only as a percentage of the
business
profit and not a lump sum payment.
17.
18. Musharakah
Musharakah can also be developed as a
micro finance scheme where Islamic
bank will enter
into a partnership with micro
entrepreneurs. If there is profit, it will be
shared based on pre-agreed ratio, and if
there is loss, it will then be shared
according to capital contribution ratio.
The mos suitable technique of
musharakah for microfinance could be
the concept diminishing partnership or
musharakah mutanaqisah.
19.
20. Murabahah
Using murabahah as a mode of
microfinance requires Islamic bank to
acquire and purchase
asset or business equipment then sells
the asset to entrepreneur at mark-up.
Repayments of the selling price will be
paid on installment basis
21.
22. 5.4 Ijarah
Ijarah Muntahia Bitamleek is an
elaborate concept of ijarah where the
transfer of ownership will take place at
the end of the contract and pre-agreed
between the lessor and the lessee.+
23. 5.5 Qardhul Hasan
Another simple concept that can be
advanced for microfinance purposes is
qardhul hasan or
simply means an interest free loan.
Islamic bank can provide this scheme to
the entrepreneurs who are in need of
small start-up capital and have no
business experience. The Islamic bank
then will only be allowed to charge a
service fee.
