Partecipate alla presentazione per immergervi in una storia di interoperabilità, standard e formati aperti, per poi discutere del ruolo importante che i contributori hanno in una comunità open source sostenibile.
BIO: Sostenitrice del software libero e dei formati standard e aperti. È stata un membro attivo dei progetti Fedora e openSUSE e ha co-fondato l'Associazione LibreItalia dove è stata coinvolta in diversi eventi, migrazioni e formazione relativi a LibreOffice. In precedenza ha lavorato a migrazioni e corsi di formazione su LibreOffice per diverse amministrazioni pubbliche e privati. Da gennaio 2020 lavora in SUSE come Software Release Engineer per Uyuni e SUSE Manager e quando non segue la sua passione per i computer e per Geeko coltiva la sua curiosità per l'astronomia (da cui deriva il suo nickname deneb_alpha).

- 2. Aims To understand how online communication is similar but differs from, face-to-face communication Develop respectful online communication skills
- 3. Task 1: Mind map Work in pairs to brainstorm the various ways we communicate in our daily lives. Use the list you made of digital communication last lesson, but now add ‘real life’ communication too. How many more ways are there?
- 4. Task 2: Communication Features Working in pairs. I will allocate each pair a communication type. Make a poster to present the key features of this type of communication. Eg. Written or verbal, technology, body language, purpose, who uses it?
- 5. Task 3: Successful communication Include on the poster “How to Communicate Successfully’ Add instructions for your particular communication type E.g. be polite, use correct spelling, appropriate body language, consider feelings of others, speak clearly, write clearly, only talk to people you know.
- 6. Task 4: Information collection Choose one member of the group to be “The Collector’ and one to be “The Presenter” Collector- go around the room and visit all the other communication types. You can make notes if you need to. Presenter- present your ideas to each collector
- 7. Task 5: Cartoons Collectors need to share everything they saw with their presenters. Together you need make two cartoons. 1. Successful Communication 2. Unsuccessful communication Display your cartoon on the wall. Take some time to look at other peoples work.
