For the font, three options are presented that could work well as a masthead due to resembling guitar strings, aggression fitting rock music, or being bold. Five pictures are selected that depict an indie band, guitar, football, concert crowds, and a soundtrack relevant to the target audience. Three color schemes are suggested using bold, soft, or light colors that could provide contrast or catch the eye on store shelves. The final font choice resembles guitar strings to match the magazine's theme.

The picture of the four band members I have chosen because the way they are stood and
there location they are in is something I would like to use in my magazine, as it gives of the
vibe that an indie band is supposed to give off. This would appeal to the target demographic
my magazine is meant to appeal to.
The picture of the guitar I have chosen because guitars are going to be a major influence on
my magazine, hence the name “AMP”. Also I could write an interview of the guitar for one of
my articles.
The picture of the football I have chosen because my target demographic would be males
who are interested in music and sport, therefore an article or picture involving football
would appeal to them, causing them to purchase the magazine.
I have chosen the two pictures of the gigs, one of the gig crowd because the target
demographic of my audience like going out and watching gigs with their friends and the
pictures of the artists performing live as my magazine will endorse live music and will always
advertise gigs and review them.
I have the picture of the sons of anarchy soundtrack album as the average reader of AMP will
watch programmes such as Sons of anarchy and enjoy the music featured in the show.
