2. Students type/ write what they do to manage stress in their life, and how well they feel they
handle stress
Minute 8-15
Discuss what was wrote about how and how well do they handle stress
Minute 15-20
Test the assumed results with online quiz

Survey who was correct and who was incorrect about how well they presumed to handle stress;
then survey who handles stress well, middle ground, and not as well.
Minute 30-35
Take back to original discussion, based on what you do to handle stress and how the test
measured your ability to manage stress what if anything can you do to improve how you cope
with stress?
Minute 35-40
Get into groups (each row is a group 2 rows have to be merged) need to have look up their topic
and be able to tell the class what it is and have 2 examples of a stressor and 1 example of how to
manage that form of stress
Group 1- Environmental Stressor
3. Group 2- Biological stressor
Group 3- Thinking Stressor
Group 4- Behavioral Stressors
Group 5- Life Changing Stressor
