27. Payments
System comprises of offline and online payment method
Organization has right to set the payment method for customer
If it is Online than it can be via Credit Card or via Debit Card
If it is offline mode than customer can pay via cash or check
Secure payment option is implemented where system will generate a unique Reference Id for each customer
and one sequence id will be provided by bank and both of them will be used in payment process. Without
these IDs payment will not be processed.
28. Payments
For online payment via CC or Debit card, user can set the recurring date on which the payment will
automatically be deducted from the account. If user have not a minimum amount to deduct than system have
an alternate option where we can set the number of days in which if user added any money in his account
than it will be deducted from his account.
In addition to this if user has booked a unit for X months and requested to Move out before the completion of
X months than the system will generate the invoices of remaining months and deduct the payments at once of
all those remaining invoices.
29. Auction
Auction comprises of 2 parts i.e. Defaulter List & Under Auction
Defaulter list will be the one where units will be added by default if payment is due/pending from tenant
Set the limit after which the unit will be added to defaulter list if payment is pending from tenant side
User can move the unit from defaulter list to auction list
Auction can be online or an offline
