One module tracks land tax payments for the Treasurer's Office and another module for the Assessor's Office to monitor RPU assessments. These combined modules can potentially increase the LGU income through effective Land Tax collection. Delinquent taxpayers will be identified and notices can be delivered appropriately. Savings from general revisions can also be realized. Instead of using thousands of man-hours in revising FAAS, this program can revise RPU FAAS based on updated schedules. </li></ul>
