This document summarizes a corporate communications campaign called "STOP-OVERLOAD" that aimed to raise awareness about musculoskeletal disorders caused by overload at work. The campaign was a collaboration between the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, Mepha Baltic pharmaceutical company, and a Latvian PR agency. Research showed many Latvians suffer from overload-related health issues. The campaign strategy involved organizing a public exercise event in Riga's central square and sending an "Exercise Brigade" to local offices to demonstrate exercises. The efforts reached over 300,000 people through radio discussions, 70 participants at the event, and 23 news stories. The campaign was praised for successfully raising awareness about the workplace overload problem in Latvia.
