A 10-month-old girl had a visible foreign body (FB) in her right main bronchus, causing partial collapse of her right lung and a shift of the mediastinum to the right side. There was also compensatory emphysema of the left lung. The foreign body was extracted using rigid bronchoscopy under general anesthesia.
