• LITTLER MENDELSON P.C. Senior Platform Engineer Nov 2013 to Oct 2015
Lead engineer for a suite of software from Appsense Ltd that includes: Management Center, Application Manager,
Environment Manager, Performance Manager and Datanow. Part of a team working with outside engineers that
developed a new standard desktop for the law firm. Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 for the upgrade from IE 8. Tested
the new Datanow client on the new OS and did general troubleshooting of issues in the integration of current
applications. Configured a server to host the “Enterprise Mode” table for IE 11. Found several issues with the
Datanow client including a memory leak and developed a solution to the wired/wireless issue on laptops.

Apr 2010 to Nov 2013 CITIGROUP TECHNOLOGY INC: Sr. Network Engineer
Supported eight sites in the Southern California area. Reviewed and approved all network changes at the sites.
Assisted corporate design engineers in setting requirements on new site build-out and/or updates to existing
ones. Worked with corporate integration engineers on executing network changes. Managed local vendors on
new techroom build out or additional cabling such as the recently completed wireless upgrade project.
Assisted in new server builds and provided 2nd level support for desktops, printers and multi-function devices.
Jan 2007 to Mar 2010 CITICORP DEVELOPMENT CENTER: Sr. Network Engineer & Site Manager
Site manager during the closing of a 3 building complex at CDCLA. Supervised all aspects of closing a large
campus that once supported about 500 employees, and continued as a Sr. Network Engineer to maintain the
network. Managed and assisted 5 (later 3) other engineers in Voice, UNIX and Windows servers as the site
was closed over a 3 year period.
Feb 1988 to Jan 2007 CITICORP DEVELOPMENT CENTER INC: Sr. Network Engineer
Performed maintenance, configuration and planning for a 5 building campus supporting about 500 users at its
peak. The site required multiple secure subnets configured by access control lists to permit development with
our international contractors. The site used OSPF for routing, HP Network Node Manager 7.01 and
CiscoWorks 2.2 running on Sun Solaris 8 for network management. With a DUAL operating system
environment of Microsoft windows servers/desktops and Sun Solaris 8 workstations/servers we use Bind 9.2.3
on Solaris 8 for DNS services with also supported a Windows 2003 Active Directory Domain. Supported a
Remedy (4.05) IP address database application that was converted from dBase IV (2.0).
Hardware included:
• Cisco 5000, 550X, and 650X switches running CATOS 5.5.19 and 8.3.7. Cisco 6503 running IOS
12.1(26).
• Cisco 250X, 26xx, 3640, 4000, 4500, 4700, 7513, RSM, MSFC/2 and MSFC/3 routers running IOS 11.2
(16)P thru 12.1(x).
• DES GOLD 5.2 server on Sun Solaris 2.6.
• Siemens/Rolm 9006.3 telephone switch, Phonemail and its Infortel call accounting software.
