2. INTRODUCTION
 Sterile Area is a mandatory requirement
for tissue culture labs.
 Some of the specific equipment and
techniques are required for the
maintenance of cell cultures. A rule of
thumb is that the more equipment you
get, the more efficient cell culturing you
perform.
