Overview.
I have worked within the Aviation business, both military and commercial, at various locations
since 1980. Initially employed within Airbus, encompassing build programmes including
experimental fatigue wing tests on all variants of Airbus aircraft, involved in both planning and
shop support roles. More recently employed at Airbus as part of single aisle engineering
team,A320/A321 NEO programme launch. Prior to this Bae.Systems Woodford on the Nimrod
MRA4, raising design issues and relevant planning, modification and the standardisation of
Nimrod to MRA4 criterion.
I am conversant with PEGS / SAP engineering, works and engineering query embodiments,
process planning, Bill of Material and Condition of Supply ,engineering configuration and
modifications.

After successfully completing my previous assignment I have returned to Bae Woodford in an
enhanced position responsible for the planning, modification and the standardisation of
Nimrod structural sub assemblies including long range tanks, doors fairings and flying control
surfaces, whilst consecutively supporting the production function with engineering methods
and repair procedures. The process planning, Bill of Material and Condition of Supply
accomplished using SAP, whilst interdepartmental configuration is carried out using Product
Manager,

Engineering planning – GKN process transfer planning.
Working as part of a process planning transfer team, re configuring locally planned process
operations to conform with GKN layouts and procedures, with particular attention to
enhancement of detailed process instructions as required by the new subcontracted
packages. This practice required detailed analysis of the existing procedures with accurate
dissection and re engineering of very complex manufacturing planning processes.
