 Project Lead - New Product Development Pick-up & Feeder System of Round Baler for CNHi. 
 Headed complete development of Pick-up & Feeder system for round baler machine managing all phases of 
design process incompliance with ISO 9001 & 140001, including conceptualizing design layout, feasibility 
study, planning and scheduling, detail design, prototyping, production release and documenting results. 
 Maintained effective communication with supplier and engineering team on technical issues and development. 
 Carried out design calculation for floatation spring and suspension rope for gathering wheel mechanism. 
 Executed cost reduction session & design review meeting with cross function team to evaluate performance,
