Workingin a busy food led country pub with high footfall and a loyal customer base. Averaging
70 covers midweek serviceand 120 covers duringweekend service.From servingon the bar to
cleaning,I carry out many duties here. I was tasked with developing the new onlinebooking
system lastyear which has led to an increasein accommodation revenue. Also,advertisingthe
business through social media to attractnew customers to the Greyhound. I have also helped
to develop new dishes for the menu to keep ensure that we constantly have something new to
offer our customers alongwith the old favourites.
