1.Outline 
  This system is a system to inspect the junction state of a steel plate 
weld zone by laser metrology apparatus. 
  When judgment can perform the state of a junction by evaluation, 
the inspection by laser metrology is preparing a threshold value, and 
can perform quality maintenance more than [ a certain ] fixed. 
  The inspection system of proposal makes the sample article the 
subject of examination. 
  About a real introduction machine, I will consult based on these 
data.

   As this system examination, the following measurement was performed 
with the sample. 
 2.1 Measurement use equipment 
  The camera for laser metrology, a tele centric lens, blue laser light, an encoder, a set of 
  personal computers

 2.4 The contents of an inspection 
  ・After se tting a sample to a conveyance stage, while a conveyance stage drives, irradiate with laser 
light, and picturize with a laser metrology camer a. The timing of an image pick-up takes in by the 
puls e signal and camera from an encoder accompanying a conveying machine synchronizing. 
  ・ the range to be e xamined conveys the range to be examined by a mechanism, where laser light is 
inter sec ted in a welding connec tion par t - - as Laser light is set up. - Control of the camera for laser 
metrology uses the evaluation software of maker supply, and is taking in of data. 
・ Measurement carries out laser metrology of the one welding connection s ample, and is a junction 
state of the solvent of a welding conne ction part by evaluation software. The value (depth 
information) of the direction of Z is saved at a file..

 2.5   Measuring result 
   The measuring result is as follows. The following screen shows the depth (the degree 
of welding) of welding of the graph displ ayed under the picture by the display af ter laser 
metrology in the sample. Two screens show the degree of welding of another position on a 
sample (depth) in the graph. 
 The blue of the above-mentioned graph shows the form (change of a weld zone is large) 
on the white line of a picture. The above-mentioned orange shows the form (weld zone 
change is small) on the white line of a picture, and the difference of change of a weld 
zone understands it in the blue of a graph, and an orange circle portion.

  Change of the weld zone of a front page indicated the large portion. 
  A graph is a portion with the large amount of change (blue) which shows the amount of change of 
the white line (laser scanning par t) on a picture. A round mark is in the state of the we ld zone 
depth. In actual processing, coded data is r ec eived from a camera, and it is me asurement form. In 
more than a threshold value, NG and judgment of a wel6d zone are possible in the amount of change.

   Change of the weld zone of a front page indicated the small portion. 
  A portion (orange round mark) with the small amount of change of a graph is in the state of a 
we ld zone. In this case, measured value is below a threshold value. It can judge.

3. About utilization of a laser metrology system 
I give the example of a mechanism in the case of using a laser metrology system for below by practical use. 
The height information on the laser irradiation portion of parts is obtained for the parts set to the conveyance stage 
(conveyance conveyor) as shown in a figure by stage movement. 
A conveyance stage changes a size with the size of parts. This mechanism needs mechanism examination for carrying 
in and taking out of parts separately according to the flow on employment because of off-line.
