This study evaluated the effects of chitosan and chlorocholine chloride on minituberization of cocoyam (Xanthosoma sagittifolium). Cocoyam plants were treated with different concentrations of chitosan (1, 2, 3 g/L) and chlorocholine chloride (5, 10, 15 mg/L). Two-way ANOVA analysis found significant interactions between treatments and significant effects of both chitosan and chlorocholine chloride concentrations. Tukey's multiple comparisons test showed several significant differences in plant height, leaf number, and leaf surface area between control and treatment groups as well as between different concentrations.
