- 14. Summary For continual improvement, curriculum writers in Clear Creek ISD will need to routinely evaluate the curriculum to meet the needs of all of our students. The three curriculum standards are very similar and meet the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills. Furthermore, Clear Creek ISD’s 8th grade ELA curriculum meets the standard’s set by all three curriculum standards.

- I compared the three sets of skills to CCISD’s 8th grade ELA curriculum. CCISD’s curriculum is aligned to the TEKS and National Standards. CCISD’s standards also have “Processing Skills” that, while found in the TEKS and National Standards, are not listed seperately.
